2018 Advent Giving

Each year during Advent, we seek to provide our congregation opportunities to support the mission of Jesus Christ here in our community though special giving.  As an addition to your regular giving, this year we are collecting funds to support the local Young Lives chapter in Saratoga County.  An affiliate Young Life, Young Lives is a group specifically geared to teen moms and their babies.  Video

The goal of Young Lives is to mentor these young women, and support them as they learn to walk this new life and ultimately show them God’s love through sharing the Gospel.

As a church, we would like to come alongside this newly formed chapter and help financially support their work to share Christ’s love to these girls.  We also encourage everyone to begin praying for other opportunities to come alongside them and serve in a variety of other ways as well.

We will be taking donations throughout Advent culminating in a special offering on Christmas Eve.
