Madison serves as our pastoral intern at Terra Nova Saratoga. He is involved in several of our ministries, including the sound team and Worship team. He is gifted in, and has a heart to teach, and serves Terra in this way a number of times a year.
Madison has lived in Central New York his entire life. He was born and raised in Whitesboro, NY. He there left for college in 2014 and came to the capital region. He studied Physics and Mathematics at SUNY Albany, receiving a B.S. in both.
Madison began attending Terra Nova Troy in 2017. He had grown up in a Christian home but had begun to wander during his college years. Through Terra Nova, he reentered into a relationship with God, through Jesus, and has been working to deepen that relationship ever since. He has since felt the call to ministry, which prompted him to enter into a seminary education. He is currently studying to receive his MDiv from MidAmerica Baptist Theological Seminary.
In 2018, Madison met his wife Kristina for the first time, through a young adults group in Terra Nova Troy. They grew to know each other in the context of that beautiful community, and began dating in 2019, getting married in the same year. In 2020, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Claire Abigail Wyman, into the world.
Madison has many interests, none of which he has time for right now. Generally, a good day off will look like reading a good book with a pour-over, strumming a bit on his guitar, perhaps baking a cake, and most definitely spending time with his family.
