Paul has been following Jesus in faith for about 40 years. He’s been married to Nicole for 21 years and he has a teenage daughter and a teenage son.

Paul has been serving in pastoral ministry since 2009 after he completed the pastoral development process at Terra Nova. After spending four-years as a lay & bivocational pastor at Terra Nova, he left his full-time career in accounting and corporate finance at KPMG and First Niagara Bank.

Paul served as the Executive Pastor in Terra Nova Troy from 2013 – 2016 and the Executive Pastor for the Family of Terra Nova churches for the past 10-years. Paul & Nicole moved to North Adams, MA to lead the planting of Terra Nova North Adams. After 9-years of laboring to see that church planted, Terra North Adams was closed in November of 2024. 

In 2025 Paul continued serving part-time as the Executive Director for the Terra Nova Network and the Executive Director for the Village Green Collective (a small family of New England churches Paul helped co-found in 2021). In early 2026, Paul also rejoined the Terra Nova Troy team serving as its Interim Executive Director. 

Paul brings a unique mix to ministry leadership drawing from his corporate years, pastoral & entrepreneurial experiences and journey as a church planter . He loves to dream, strategize and then develop ways to implement ideas alongside other leaders. Paul loves God’s Word, serving Jesus’ church and encouraging others to creatively do the same.

Paul enjoys sports, especially the U.S. Soccer Team, the Boston Red Sox & the Boston Bruins. He also enjoys hunting, reading in a hammock, hobby farming and the performing arts which are things he only has time for when he isn’t cheering as a spectator for his children’s events and performances.
