To be able to monitor our service’s attendance and capacity limits, Pre-Registration is required for EVERY Sunday morning service.
Thankfully, our existing church management software, The Planning Center Online (PCO), has Event Registration capability through a synced user portal called “Church Center.”
For additional ease, we strongly encourage you to download the Church Center app on a mobile device. If you search “Church Center App” in the App Store or Google play, it should be the first hit.
At the completion of your successful registration you will receive an automated email confirmation. This email has important information regarding COVID-related symptoms, travel, and interactions that should be considered before keeping your registered seat/table and attending services.
If during registration you find that a service is full, first check the alternate service time for available seats.
When a particular seating option reaches capacity, a WAITLIST is offered. This is so that when cancelations occur, available spots are reserved for waitlisted people. You will receive an email notifying you if/when you are moved from a waitlist to a table or seat. If you do not receive such an email and are unable to secure a table/seat, please join us remotely on our YouTube Channel for the live stream of the 11am Word & Worship service.
Brown’s Taproom will be using Revolution Hall for restaurant seating during their business hours. As such, tables and chairs are set up for dining. This layout affords us the ability to utilize their existing, socially distant floor plan.
When you register for a Sunday service, you will have the option of choosing a WHOLE TABLE with a capacity to suit the needs of your family/household … OR … SINGLE SEAT(s) as needed.
As a general guideline; Individual Seats are intended for single folks or couples, and Table registrations are for families/households of 3 or more people.
Wearing a mask is required for all attendees especially while singing in corporate worship. Masks may be removed only while seated during the service.
If you are sitting at a table with someone who is not a member of your household/family, please remain masked.
Practice 6-foot social distancing at all times possible.
The leadership understands that some are still uncomfortable with indoor meetings. We will continue to live-stream services so they will be available for remote Word & Worship every Sunday at 11am on our YouTube Channel.
We have read and are using the CDC’s “Considerations for Communities of Faith” as our standard for in-person meetings.
Questions can be sent to Operations Director, Dennis Gardner at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be encouraged to safely come together with hearts open, ears to hear, and ready to embrace what our Lord reveals to us in this next phase of making more and better disciples of Jesus.
