6.26. 21 Elements :: Sunrise Hike

Join us for an Elements day hike! Elements is a ministry at Terra Nova where we seek to fellowship and know Jesus deeper through outdoor recreation.

We will be meeting in Saratoga at 2:45am (yep, you read that right), eating breakfast at the summit while the sun rises, and back to our cars by 7am.

This hike is rated as moderate but the final push is a bit tough and we will be keeping a pretty quick pace to make it to the summit before the sunrise.

Due to the difficulty of this hike, the pace we will be keeping, and the fact that we will be hiking up in the dark, we recommend this trip for fairly experienced hikers only, and ages 10 and up.  We welcome and encourage families to attend, though just as a reminder, you are ultimately responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your children and you need to keep your children by you and supervised at all times. We will be hiking in a wilderness area where small mishaps and accidents can have very serious consequences. We just want to make sure that everyone is safe and that all who attend have a great time.
